BatLab AI is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate HTML content using large language models. The Service operates on a credit-based system, where each generation consumes a defined number of credits.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use BatLab AI, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

BatLab AI operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed each time you generate content. Subscription plans provide a monthly credit allocation that resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits purchased as add-ons are non-expiring unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. BatLab AI does not store your payment card details.
You agree to use BatLab AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to generate content that:
Violation of these policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
We reserve the right to review generated content metadata and take action if misuse is detected. We do not store or review the HTML content itself.
You retain full ownership of the HTML content you generate using BatLab AI. We do not claim any rights over your outputs.
You must not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the BatLab AI platform or any of its underlying technology.
BatLab AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the generated content will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability survive termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of BatLab AI after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
