01 Information We Collect

When you sign in to BatLab AI using Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information from Google including your name, email address, and profile photo. We use this only to create and manage your account.

We also collect usage data such as the number of credits used, generation history, and your selected subscription plan. This helps us deliver the service and improve it over time.

  • Email address and display name from Google OAuth
  • Credits balance and usage records
  • Subscription plan and billing status
  • Generated output metadata (not the HTML content itself)

02 How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate BatLab AI. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Authenticate your account and manage sessions
  • Track and display your credit balance
  • Process subscription billing via our payment provider
  • Send transactional emails (account changes, billing receipts)
  • Improve the AI generation models using anonymized, aggregated data

03 Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored securely in Google Firebase / Firestore with strict access controls. Your API keys and sensitive credentials are stored server-side and are never exposed in the browser or frontend code.

We never store the contents of your generated HTML files on our servers. Everything you build is yours — we only keep metadata needed to operate the credit system.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

04 Third-Party Services

BatLab AI integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Google Firebase — Authentication and database (Google Privacy Policy applies)
  • Google Sign-In — OAuth identity verification
  • Stripe — Subscription billing and payment processing
  • Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model inference for content generation

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these services. We do not control how they handle data on their end.

05 Your Rights

You have full control over your data. At any time, you may:

  • Request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Opt out of non-transactional email communications
  • Cancel your subscription without penalty at any time

06 Cookies

BatLab AI uses minimal cookies and local storage to maintain your session and language preference. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics beyond what Firebase provides.

  • batlab_lang — Stores your language preference (EN/AR)
  • Firebase session cookies — Used for authentication state

07 Children's Privacy

BatLab AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
